I feel soo stressed out right now....I feel like i never have time for anything. I cant seem to get myself on a schedule with being a new mom , school and working all the time. I never know whats goin on. Its hard for meto get any school work done without a computer in my house, I have to go here or go there to use a computer in between classes or work. I need get a rythme going. I dont think I have ever been this overwhelmed.

I am with you and I understand. Granted, I do not have kids...yet; however, I've adopted perhaps too many responsibilities this year. And I am slightly obsessive. I cannot allow myself to slack off or stray from my own expectations. The question with no great answer is what can you cut back on to help ease the load? For me, like you, all are necessary. I suppose there's a hierarchy. I would think at the top are kids no matter what. The next is difficult to identify, yes? Work or school? Is there a balance? OR do we simply cut back a little on both and make both of them equal. Well, if you're anything like me, it's about giving your 100%, all the time to each. Soooo, that adds up to 300%. Good luck with that. Then we feel the weight of the world on our shoulders until, at last!, some type of mini-break appears, we can eat a piece of chocolate cake (or the whole cake), or we steal a 30 minute nap in your car (NOT while driving...although half of my lost time is spent in the car). Find pleasure in the little time that you can give yourself or the pleasures with which you can reward yourself. Being overwhelmed, I suppose, builds character, but it can also defeat you. Take pride in the small achievements, whether it be with your child, school work, or job. You are taking the road less traveled. Obstacles are meant to be a challenge. But they're also designed to be overcome.

To do lists help too. Even if you can't finish them. I have half a dozen somewhere.
